DT: Gary Walker
DT: Antonio Smith
DE: Mario Williams (This is tough, the Texans were primarily a 4-3 team, but their best year was in the 3-4)
OLB: Brian Cushing
MLB: DeMeco Ryans
OLB: Jamie Sharper
CB: Johnathan Joseph
CB: Dunta Robinson
FS: Danieal Manning
SS: Bernard Pollard

K: Neil Rackers
P: Chad Stanley

A few more years in the 3-4 might change the complexion of this defense entirely, but the offense is a solid group with a few major playmakers and strong offensive line. Surprisingly good group considering their slow start to get into the playoff chase.
