Thunder were lucky they did a jump ball on that. It was clearly out on them.

But regardless, its not like the refs really could tell. If you cant tell and cant go to replay, just stick with the initial call.

Your telling me NFL refs never change a call after they converse with another ref who may of had a better view? They do it all the time too.

What? No it wasn't. There were four hands in there, you couldn't tell who it went off of, at least with the angles we were given.

If the other one had a better view then they would've given Miami the ball.

Reffing was unbalanced last night. Refs didnt cost Thunder the the game Miami wanted it more and playd harder. However, there is alot of double standard calls being made towards Miami. Thunder drive in get contact no call but Miami goes on the other way gets contact and a call. Miami isnt gettin bull calls its that the Thunder ARENT getting calls.

I disagree with this.

This isn't a team favoritism thing, it's a superstar calls thing. Both team's superstars are getting favorable calls all the time (Except Harden this series, but refs in the entire playoffs haven't been kind to floppers, see CP3). The Heat are getting more because unlike the OKC who's settling for A LOT more jumpers, the Heat are taking it to the hole -consistently.

The biggest star on the court is unquestionably LBJ (although he is getting hacked almost every time and he deserves the free throws he gets), and seeing as that is the case, he will get the most superstar calls. But superstars always get the ticky tack fouls, and sometimes the not so tick tack fouls, that's consistent throughout almost every sport.

But for the uptrilionth time, it really doesn't matter, because the Thunder didn't lose this game because of these little fouls called here and their, that is such a fuckin loser mentality. If they didn't look like little Shaqs on the free throw line all game, seeing how badly the Heat played last night, they probably would of won.

Kevin Durant is not getting calls, lol.

LBJ and D-Wade are getting favorable calls, but KD certainly isn't. Actually, it's the opposite, Durant is getting called for fouls that he doesn't make, or rather, he is getting very ticky-tack fouls called against him and LBJ and D-Wade are allowed to do what they wish, pretty much.

The Thunder still should have won the game last night if they could hit 3s and FTs like the Heat were able to do, but the two big guys on the Heat are getting lots of favorable reffing.

Right in front of the ref, too, lol.

Westbrook apparently said that he didn't see him after the game, though.

Bolded part ur proving my point, you know it happens well its happening now. It doesnt matter how or what a team plays, if they get hacked call the foul. Its bad when i see a Thunder play go in the hole i hope he makes it bcuz i KNOW hes not getting a call and if he does im shocked real shit. Whenever the Heat go inside i expect a call no matter what, i know they will call SOMETHING. When it gets to that point its no longer a fair called game. And btw i know the refs didnt cost em the game i even said that.

I'm not blaming the second loss on the refs; Scott needs to manage the bench better and they need to look like the best FT shooting team in the league. However, it is undeniable that the Heat are getting favored by the officiating.

That not-a-playoff-team lineup that finished the 3rd quarter was inexcusable.

Agreed. KD being in "foul trouble" was retarded, Scott benching Westbrook was even more retarded. I'd have had Harden, Sefolosha, Westbrook, Collison, and Ibaka out there. Cook should never see playing time in the Finals and Fisher's minutes need reduced, in my opinion.

I would say Durant needs to be smarter though. There have been some bad calls against him but hes been putting himself into bad situations to get those called against him.

I think the main thing I have a problem with here is that D-Wade and LBJ have also had questionable stuff that could have been called fouls and weren't. The refs should at least be consistent.

BLUE  : (19 June 2013 - 12:15 AM) And Harvey dominated in the first game. Best double-header ever. :yep:

Favre4Ever+  : (19 June 2013 - 12:18 AM) I'd just think it would be awesome for the Heat to tell Wade to fuck off because they want to rebuild with Lebron. Ha
Favre4Ever+  : (19 June 2013 - 12:18 AM) Although, I dunno why Lebron would want to do that.
Favre4Ever+  : (19 June 2013 - 12:20 AM) Probably run back to Cleveland. Their core will be so epic...
JetsFan4Life  : (19 June 2013 - 12:24 AM) Yeah lebron won't be sticking around for any rebuilds anywhere.
BradyFan81  : (19 June 2013 - 12:27 AM) if the Heat win then I don't think they'll be changing anything for a while

Sarge+  : (19 June 2013 - 12:33 AM) The worst part of the Spurs losing tonight is Duncan had himself a game... 30 points 17 rebounds at age 37. Who does that?
Sarge+  : (19 June 2013 - 12:34 AM) Feel bad for Timmy. :(
funnygunny  : (19 June 2013 - 12:34 AM) tim tebow?

Tridentdawgp...  : (19 June 2013 - 12:35 AM) Adam Kilgore ✔ @AdamKilgoreWP "Show up tomorrow ready to eat somebody's face." -- Jayson Werth on how he gets over losses.
Tridentdawgp...  : (19 June 2013 - 12:35 AM) Sure, Jayson. Why not?
RazorStar  : (19 June 2013 - 12:56 AM) Miller can only beat what is put in front of him and for the most part, he did that to an elite level. No pass-rusher is going to beat the offense on every single snap, but Miller is definitely a creator of his own production rather than a benefactor of teammates or offensive futility.
RazorStar  : (19 June 2013 - 12:57 AM) The most telling part of the above chart is Miller’s time to sack the quarterback. If you take out the two sacks when he caught the quarterback from a coverage assignment, the 3.29 number drops to 2.75 seconds per sack. That kind of speed from a position lined up next to the defensive line puts a huge amount of pressure on the quarterback to get rid of the football.
RazorStar  : (19 June 2013 - 12:57 AM) http://presnapreads....ason/#more-1155
RazorStar  : (19 June 2013 - 01:00 AM) Even if his sack numbers falter over the rest of his career, Miller isn’t a sack specialist from the point of view that that is his strength. I’m not sure Miller really has a strength. He does everything well and while that can be seen as a negative to some, he does everything so well that it makes him an elite defender and one of the very best young players in the league.
Favre4Ever+  : (19 June 2013 - 01:01 AM) How is doing everything well a negative?
Favre4Ever+  : (19 June 2013 - 01:01 AM) He sucks at nothing. Send him to Green Bay
RazorStar  : (19 June 2013 - 01:02 AM) Well Erik Walden is terrible at everything and he gets paid.
RazorStar  : (19 June 2013 - 01:02 AM) so being good at everything must be a bad thing
Favre4Ever+  : (19 June 2013 - 01:02 AM) lol
Favre4Ever+  : (19 June 2013 - 01:02 AM) Touche
RANGA+  : (19 June 2013 - 01:15 AM) I like what you said about Miller largely being responsible for his own production Raz
RANGA+  : (19 June 2013 - 01:15 AM) i think thats his strongest feature
RANGA+  : (19 June 2013 - 01:16 AM) you can stick him in any defensive scheme and hed get pressure in the backfield
Favre4Ever+  : (19 June 2013 - 01:26 AM) Dude, you could line him up at CB and he would shut down Megatron
RANGA+  : (19 June 2013 - 01:28 AM) well maybe not that far :p
RazorStar  : (19 June 2013 - 01:54 AM) You could line him up at Corner and he would sack megatron for a loss
Favre4Ever+  : (19 June 2013 - 02:01 AM) haha
RANGA+  : (19 June 2013 - 02:02 AM) lulz
RANGA+  : (19 June 2013 - 02:02 AM) im out dudes
RANGA+  : (19 June 2013 - 02:02 AM) cya later
Zack_of_Steel+  : (19 June 2013 - 04:11 AM) Speedy sacks are more indicative of being a free rusher or just being chipped, imo.
RazorStar  : (19 June 2013 - 04:30 AM) Von miller's first step is nothing to scoff at though.
Zack_of_Steel+  : (19 June 2013 - 06:49 AM) It's not, no, and I definitely agree that Miller is one of the greatest defensive players in the league.
Zack_of_Steel+  : (19 June 2013 - 06:49 AM) I was just saying.
