I agree with your first three cuts..But cutting James Harden means that Kobe is the only true SG left on the team..Kevin Love is a shotblocker too and Blake Griffin can also do a lot of damage defensively..I'd cut Davis, but I'd have to think a lot first..

Love isn't a very good shot blocker, he aveaged half a block per game last year. Blake isn't much better at just 0.7 bpg last season. I think Davis gets the cut because of his lack of experience (he is only a little over a year removed from being recruited to play guard at Cleveland State lol), but I'd like his shotblocking and interior defense. Dwight's bad back leaves us thin there.
It is a very hard decision though, the first three guys were easy for me, but it is tough to decide on that last spot between Harden and Davis.

I wanted a lot of big men because of how much size spain has. Getting rid of Odom should be obvious. Gordon is coming off a 9 game season, so I don't want that. Gay is simply not as good as the other players. I like Iguodala's defense so I picked him over Deron Williams. I think losing williams won't hurt much because LeBron can be a point guard if need be.

Spain's team should look something like this:
Jose Calderon,PG
Juan Carlos Navarro,PG,SG
Raul Lopez,PG
Victor Sada,SG
Fernando San Emeterio,SG
Serfio Llull,SG
Rudy Fernandez,SF
Serge Ibaka,PF
Victor Claver,PF
Felipe Reyes,PF
Marc Gasol,C
Pau Gasol,PF,C
The only position that Spain might have a slight advantage is Center..

I also thought about dumpring Deron, or CP3, but they are too popular to get cut IMO. Also, Deron has a lot more experience in the foreign style of ball you'll see in the Olympics because of his stint in Turkey.

Those are my four, only reason Harden gets cut is bcuz we need bigs. Odom gets cut so we need Blake, who i would cut. nothing more then athletism. He wouldnt score for us much, but he will get boards which we need. Harden wouldnt be needed more then Blake so hes out, Gordon is nothing special. Odom is too old and hasnt played well enough in recent yrs. Gays out bcuz hes Gay. Ha jk but Melo, Bron, and Durant? Not enough room for another SF. Iggy could be moved to SG for his defense.
I think the final roster would be beast still. Young talent in there with vet leadership? Kobe, Bron, Durant and Melo? Add in the best Pg duo CP3 and Deron? Westbrook adds speed and atheltics. Kevin Love and blake add boards. Tyson and Davis add defense? This team is alot better once chemistry sets in. We could win it. Spain wouldnt fuck us either.. they dont have alot of names but they will play as a team. Both Gasols are a nice combo. But at the same time, we can match em with Love against Pau and Tyson against Marc. everywhere else we have the advantage. Dont forget either, Lebron figured out he needs to drive, so as long he keep that up he'll be a train in the Olympics.

Just look at USA's opponents on the Olympics and you'll see that Blake Griffin is better than every other opposing PF and C(except Gasol brothers and maybe Ibaka)..I'm the guy that hates Griffin and thinks that he's overrated, but we're not talking about NBA here,we're talking about Olympics..

Keep LeBron on the floor as much as possible at PF or C and when he's resting, have Chandler and Love out there.

Okay then.
Tell me what he does except dunk and catch alley-oops that provides any kind of success to the team.
Positives:
He can levitate.
If there's a ball in the air, he can gravitate towards it and snatch it with one hand.
He can jump elbow-high to the rim.
Negatives:
He's the worst 1 on 1 defender I've ever seen out of an "All-Star".
He's got zero control on the dribble if there's any kind of contention.
His jumper is awful, this is especially bad considering all his shots are within 10 feet of the bucket.
He's a horrible rebounder.
Can't post up against over half of the leagues PF/C's.
Even if he's not the first defender, 50% of the time if the attacker meets him as the second defender Griffin won't get a hand close to the ball anyway.
Can't draw the double team to save his life and provide openings for better players because nobody is scared of him.
He's slow as fuck.
He's a ginger with no soul.
You're turn.
PS. I'm not a hater, I just hate that people think he's good. I've watched him enough to realize that he's actually garbage. I have yet to meet anyone who can prove me wrong.

Hes a tough rebounder, idk why u put that. He has no offensive game for sure, and has no defense. Hes just a monster around the rim. He cant create his own offense, but if he has a good PG ( CP3 ) hes most effective. Hes going to have CP3 and Williams. I think hell be ok if he just grabs boards and box out. Besides at this point we need bigs. Which is wut i stated on why he is saved on a spot only bcuz lack of bigs.

He's a terrible rebounder? Then why does he average over 10 a game?
Sorry, but anyone that averages 20/10 and is 54% from the field is not garbage. Is he overrated? Absolutely. Doesn't mean he sucks though.
