I am definitely projecting for rookies this year and this year alone. I love the potential of the rookies I have near the bottom, but they're gonna be less than stellar this year I think. So deal with it.

Should be interesting to see how high Stafford can rise with another season like last.

The work of Dmac

Not a bad list.
I'd take Brady over Brees even though you can't go wrong with either.
I think Carson will get into the Contender B range this season.
One thing I DEFINITELY don't agree with is having SAM Bradford as a "F". That's crazy. He had a pretty okay rookie season. He slumped his sophomore season but he literally has NOTHING around him. The kid is at least in the average C category. Given a weapon or two I can see him rising above that. Otherwise then that, good list.
Almost forgot RG3. I don't rank the rookies personally because they haven't played a snap but I know you try and project their season. So basically you think RG3 will be a bust?

I like RG3's potential, I just don't think he gets off to a hot start. I do have a feeling he'll bust though, and that's just because of the circumstances of how he was drafted, giving up 3 first rounders and a second for him, playing for Chainsaw Dan Snyder and the Redskins, there are certain factors that may stack against him, especially his OC and HC being on the hot seat.
Bradford hasn't shown me anything more than Tebow or McCoy has, I absolutely have not seen the potential in him, and he looks to heading down the same path Jason Campbell and Alex Smith have. And while those guys did have a bit a revival to their career later, it took them more than 3 years.

I'd knock Flacco down to average. I'd also bring RGIII into the C- group. Also, can we give Matt Stafford a B+? I mean, I think if he can be healthy again for 16 games then he'll post some big stats. I think the Lions CAN beat the Bears, but idk about playoffs for them because the Bears got a lot stronger. I think you have Dalton is the right spot pre-season, but I think Andy Dalton is going to see some improvement this year and be around where Freeman is now. Possibly slightly better with a big time WR and TE.
