Phil Costa
Kevin Ogletree (this may change if he doesn't suck this year)
Mike Jenkins (don't like the bitchy attitude about Carr and Claiborne or the absurd celebrations every time he makes a play)
Marcus Spears (I still miss Chris Canty)

Vikings:
Phil Loadholdt. Dude sucks.
Leslie Frazier (way too unemotional for a coach. There's a reason Tony Dungy only won one Super Bowl with all of his great teams).

Pick a team, Bangy.
I wish that motherfucker would call himself coming up on me. I don't know where he was shot at, but I bet it wasn't worse than when I got shot. I'm gonna break his ass down, so I hope he didn't get shot in the body. Then again, I'm gonna hit him on the fucking chin anyway, so it don't matter. ... He say he fucking 30-0 in the streets? He can get ready to be 30-1 because I don't fuck around. ... None of that street talking shit scare me, motherfucker. He better check my reputation.--Floyd Mayweather Sr.

Yeah, shithead. I picked my main team and my, well, my closest to local team who I have to watch every Sunday so I might as well be something of a fan of them.

Now that Elbert Mack is gone, I am not really sure. Probably Jeremy Trueblood. He isn't good and is just such an idiot. He constaqntly makes bonehead penalties that destroy drives.

Well no more Roy Williams...so give me Chris Williams. Never should have drafted him and never should have kept him around after busting as a player.

Jacobs is a decent #2 back, never was clear on why you hated him so much.

Either DeSean or DRC. DeSean is the obvious one. The hold out, the arrogance and the unwillingness to play hard last year was pretty god damn frustrating. He's not the greatest WR in the league by any stretch of the imagination but he was certainly capable of playing better than he did last year.

DRC I hate because he only plays well against teams with weak passing attacks. Asante Samuel couldn't tackle either but at least the guy came up with some big time turnovers and could actually cover. DRC was worthless last year. We would have been better off if he was on PUP the whole year. Physically he's one of the absolute most gifted DB's I've ever seen but he just seems to put in minimal effort.

I hope both these guys come out with something to prove here and play a lot better.

I don't think DRC was there mentally last year. And honestly I wasn't surprised to seem him play the way he did in Philly or the whole team for that matter.

Looking at it from his point of view at the time he is coming off his third year as a pro on a team in which he was really coming into his own as a player and establishing himself as one of the young leaders trying to help turn the culture of the Cardinals around. He was a Pro-Bowler during his time in Arizona and he also was apart of that amazing Superbowl run that really gave everyone on that team some confidence.

After having a less than Pro Bowl year in 2010 I'm sure he was ready to get back to work and prove something. Now all of a sudden out of nowhere he is traded along with a 2nd round pick (very valuable itself) for KEVIN KOLB. Now we all understand the desperate push for a starting QB by the Cardinals, but in DRC's shoes just thinking about trying to make his career into something solid and more than that be a leader for this team and just like that he is traded while the guy drafted to be his partner now becomes his replacement and he is right in the middle of "The Dream Team".

With media attention at a constant high and moving to a new city and new organization all different from the place he has been his entire short career. Now throw in the fact he is no longer a leader, no longer "the guy", he isn't even a starter after establishing himself as such in the NFL. Forced to play third fiddle as a nickel back and see less action then he has in awhile I figured he would play the way he did.

This sentence confuses me, so he could or couldn't?

For my team its larry Foote. Go away.

In DRC's defense, he was playing in the inside; a slot corner role for the 1st time in his career. Playing slot corner is vastly different from playing on the outside having the side line versus playing inside with all that space. It's a vast learning curve. When DRC went back to outside in our last few games, he excelled (played extremely well) which helped make the decision to get rid of Asante and give DRC the starting job. DRC and Nnamdi was shutting it down on the outsides. Both of our corner back acquisitions were asked to do things that they've never done before; DRC playing slot and Nnamdi playing a lot of different zone packages and playing safety at times. Now both are going to be playing their natural positions and I'm sure we will see great production from both of them next year.

As far as Asante, he's one of the better zone defenders in the league. He baits passes a lot occasionally giving up a big play but comes up with more turnovers. Asante didn't fit the scheme we are trying to implement this year; playing man on the outsides with our pass rush hunting down the QB. Zone / off coverage doesn't work as well in this scheme. The front end and the back end work hand in hand against the passing attack. With our corners who excel in man to man coverage with our pass rush getting to the QB in seconds, QBs are going to have a very small window getting the ball out. I can't wait until next season.

Back to the topic.. someone else I never really favored (didn't dislike) was Freddie Mitchell. Every since he caught that 4th and 26 pass to help us win that play off game against the packers, he swore he was the man lol. It's like he anointed himself to greatness over that one play.

I meant to say tackling, that's why that post didn't make any sense. I get that DRC maybe isn't that great a slot CB, but he sucked balls after his second year in 2010 and then he sucked balls yet again in 2011 with us. He has A LOT to prove.

As far as Asante goes he's statistically one of the best ocver corners in the league in both man and zone.

For starters he's a loud mouth outspoken dick. That aside, in 2005-2007 his mouth was tolerable, but as 49er fans will soon find out, do you have any idea how frustrating it is to watch a 270 lb RB run lateral to the line of scrimmage, and try to cut on a dime to hit a hole, only to be leg tackled by a 200 lb DB time after time? When a "power" back loses the short yardage job to a 5'8" 190 lb Ahmad Bradshaw, your time in NY has expired....and that was 2 years ago.

Not too mention he was good for a 15 yard flag every few games for something stupid

Sam Baker is the logical pick here, but once an Eagle...always an Eagle. Asante is going to have to prove to me why I should like him. Just because he's in red and black this year doesn't mean I'm going to enjoy his attitude and lack of effort.

Lack of effort? Asante was never a slouch when it comes to work ethic and production on the field. His numbers tell the story as far as effort goes. He gives 100% all the time when he's on the field. As far as attitude, Asante is a cool dude. Personally, I'm going to miss him being an eagle. Our defensive scheme is just going into a different direction; more man to man coverage. Asantes skill set favors zone coverage more then man.

Ngata_Chance  : (25 May 2013 - 06:56 AM) no sir
RazorStar  : (25 May 2013 - 06:56 AM) Question, would you rather have a QB who threw 0 TD's, 0 INT's and 4000 yards, or a QB who threw 20 TD's, 20 INT's and 4000 yards?
Ngata_Chance  : (25 May 2013 - 06:58 AM) eh, that kinda depends
Ngata_Chance  : (25 May 2013 - 06:59 AM) When are the TD's thrown and when are the picks thrown ?
Ngata_Chance  : (25 May 2013 - 06:59 AM) If 20 are thrown in the regular season but then flip a switch and throw for 20 TD's in the post I would take it all day everyday
RazorStar  : (25 May 2013 - 07:00 AM) Just assuming regular season numbers.
Ngata_Chance  : (25 May 2013 - 07:01 AM) Oh, that also depends. If I am the niners I am cool with it. If i am the pats I am definitely not
Ngata_Chance  : (25 May 2013 - 07:03 AM) If you have 20 picks from a 9er QB it is liable to net under 30 points. If you are the pats it is probably liable to net over 100
Bay  : (25 May 2013 - 07:06 AM) 20 TD's, 20 INT's and 4000 yards
Ngata_Chance  : (25 May 2013 - 07:07 AM) Yeah probably
RazorStar  : (25 May 2013 - 07:09 AM) See I'd probably take the guy with no INT's
RazorStar  : (25 May 2013 - 07:09 AM) You might never get a TD out of him, but that's not stopping your run game from getting TD's
