KempBolt 498 Posted July 28, 2014 There's an unwritten rule among NFL teams that when a guy gets hurt at this team of the year, other teams need to allow said player through waivers and onto injured reserve. The Patriots love nothing more than to ignore that "rule" and scoop up guys that they think can help them. Last time it was Jake Ballard; this time it's Tyler Gaffney.
