It'll never happen with Jerry Jones running the show, but Dallas should just blow this team up. Trade Romo to a team that he might be able to win on. Trade him to a team that needs a QB in the AFC and they're probably automatically a top contender depending on who it is. Think about how much better a team like Houston or the Jets or Buffalo or Tennessee would be right away with Romo and he would't have to struggle on a shit team.

 

Obviously you keep Tyron Smith and Dez. You keep Frederick, Martin, and Terrence Williams. Literally everybody else should be traded and anyone who is injured all the time should be cut (I'd even cut Sean Lee tbh if nobody would trade for him). Take your 3 or 4 win season, get yourself a new franchise QB because you'll have a shot at Mariota and all of the sudden you give him a good line, an elite young WR and you have an opportunity with probably an extra first from trading Romo to get some pieces for your rebuilding defense. The Cowboys are going to be stuck in mediocrity with this formula.
