Well, Jeff Tedford is our OC, but he hasn't been calling the plays yet this year because he's been in the hospital with a heart problem. Our QB coach has been calling the plays apparently, but these types conservative play calls have Lovie's fingerprints all over them. Lovie was out of football for a year and claimed he had studied the game and learned some stuff. Like I said, I knew he was pretty conservative in Chicago, but I thought he was going to change it up a bit. 2. I didn't think someone who went to the Superbowl could possibly be this conservative. I would NEVER stop rooting for and following the Bucs no matter what happens, but these last 7 years have been pretty damn brutal. Schiano and Raheem were both absolute disasters and we finally thought we had a respectable coach who at the very worst would have us competing in Lovie Smith, but it has has turned out just as bad. Haven't made the playoffs in 7 years, only have 1 winning season in the past 7 years which was a fluke, and we haven't won a playoff game since the Superbowl. I wasn't even old enough to appreciate that, so I've seen absolutely nothing. I'm fine with sitting through the losing, even though it is incredibly frustrating because I know eventually things will turn for the good, but the most annoying part, at least IMO, is that the owners don't give a fuck. The Glazers boys are much more invested in ManU and really could care less about the Bucs and I believe they are the root of the problem of why we've been such a laughing stock for almost the past decade now. They've been the only constant for the past 7 years and once Malcom handed the team down to his clown sons, it has turned into a huge dumpster fire. It's just hard to keep on rooting for the team when you know they're going to fail, the owners don't care and there's nothing you can do about it. If you think the Glazers are the cause of the problem I wouldn't bother taking that bag off. I think there's been plenty of evidence the Glazer boys don't run much having to do with the team beyond the GM and Head coach hires, and that's exactly how I prefer it. I think they've shown they aren't cheap, the team has spent shit tons of money on players that hardly improved the team and they certainly don't seem cheap when hiring FO personnel. Personally I don't feel like this team plays together. There is nothing cohesive about them. When we were good our defense made plays together, this team just tries to make plays alone and gets burned because of it.
