We had that awful stretch from 2011 to 2012 where like, a billion people were getting arrested. The good ol Jim Shwartz days, I believe those account for like 7 or 8 of the total arrests.

Hopefully Minnesota cleans up their act in future years. I have to say that AP and Chris Cook are really the only truly bad arrests I can remember, though.
